Guarantee Policy

At Rossfit100, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following guarantee terms that apply to all orders placed on our website.


Product Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rossfit100.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not require returns for defective items.


What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Size issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind after purchase

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit (and never shows as delivered), we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If it shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
