Orders & Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rossfit100.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
We do not require returns for damaged items.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to our fast-processing system and international shipping,
we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at support@rossfit100.com with photos, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Lost Packages
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
If the package is lost in transit (and never shows as delivered), we will send a new shipment at no additional cost.
